I’ve been cooking a long time now. About 15 years, which is equal to about half my life. In my years of culinary experience I’ve worked as a vegan baker, prep cook, line cook, deli manager, caterer, pastry chef, pasta maker and menu consultant. Right now I’m working a part-time gig at a place that could be called a gastropub (if the owners were the type of people to use the word, “gastropub” which they are not) while I work on becoming an internet sensation, do a little pottery and train for a half-marathon. I’m seriously considering starting a mushroom garden. And I’m currently seeking representation if you happen to know, or be, an amazing agent.
